Dish 1: Sweet Waffle Sauce

Yes I cheated out of actually doing anything hard but I was craving a sweet cream sauce to have with the waffles that were to become Sunday lunch.
Over all I think it went well and it was the inaugural use of our new double broiler. Spiffy. I don't think I let it sit on the stove long enough but off the stove it thickened as it cooled. Not a problem. Nathan said " not to bad, needed a little more sugar, it was a little bland." Hmm it was mostly sugar so I think we need more spice. I was a bit tentative with the All Spice and Cinnamon. Eh.
